The staff were very friendly and helpful. Aphnik checked us in and took our luggage. we looked around the hotel and went outside to the pool area. It was like an oasis in the city center. we were upgraded to an executive roomwith complimentary snacks and bottled water.

the shower door area in our upgraded room showed some wear, a minor detraction.
